The material of dryer body: Can understand high temperature manganese steel.
For the dryer it have three temperature area from the high temperature area--middle temperature area--low temperature area. According to different raw material and moisture included the temperature can adjust. Also at the start of the dryer and the end of the dryer there have temperature detector, so that can check everywhere temperature inside the dryer. After the dryer there have Fan, the fan can absorb the heat walk into the dryer. Inside the dryer there will have negative pressure, so the heat must walk into the dryer.
Belt conveyor:
Include: Support(10# U-steel),belt( 5-layers cord fabrics,high wear-resistance),carrier roller,lifting lug ,motor etc.
Dosing machine:
Include: Belt (5-layers cord fabrick), Steel: Q235. Motor( Xinxiang brand) etc.
