Double Shaft Mixer
Product Description:
Double shaft mixeris a mixer with double shafts, each one provided with mixing paddles, and with free discharging, with drop system. Double shaft mixeris used in the technical flow of pre-watering glomeration.
Working Principle:
Quantitative raw material powder flows into the mix trough through the material distributing inlet, forms consistent-content ball cores after spraying water fog with some pressure from several nozzles to the raw material powder and mixing it symmetrically by blades on mixing shaft. Then the cores are transported into pre-watering glomeration machine.
Features:
1. Short mixing time.
2. This structure promotes a homogeneous mix independent of particle size and density of the ingredients.
3. Hardly any ‘dead corner’ inside the mixer.
4. Double paddle mixing agitators are used in powders, granules, short fibers.
5. Operate stably without having to install anchor bolt and greatly reduce the power consumption in the operating process
6. The mixing shaft has been heat treated, making the machine have a long service life and reducing its cost.
