Economical & Practical Hot Air Dryer Machine
Brief introduction of hot air dryer machine:
The dryer is consisted of hot-wind stove, screw feeder, buffer, blower, the pips and cyclone.
The work process is that the air flow is formed through the negative pressure of blower, the materials enter into the pipe through the screw feeder, so that the hot wind and materials mix together, and the moisture is separated from the materials when passing the cyclone. At last, the material is dried. It can dry the materials mainly using the hot wind produced by the hot-blast stove, the machine is applied to thematerial in dispersed state which contains high moisture humidity, such as the sawdust , grain or straw.
Features of hot air dryer machine:
1. Air drier strength: air dryer as air speed is high, the material well dispersed in the gas phase, the entire surface of the material can be dried as the effective area, therefore, limited area greatly increased drying while the dispersion and agitation heat transfer process.
2. Air dryer drying time is short: the material and air contact time is very short, teh drying time is generally 0.5 to 5 seconds, the heat-sensitive material will not cause overheating or melting or decomposition affecting its quality.
3. High thermal dfficiency air dyrer: air drying materials used with the gas and stream operations, from beginnign to end material and air temperatures can reach a reasonable state, short drying time, which can use a higher drying temperature.
