1.Usage and feature:

This wood briquette machine is the main equipment to make stick solid fuel with such wood material as bits of wood, rice shell or peanuts shell, etc. The raw material(12% Water proportion) dried by the dryer(12% humidity)will be formed into fuel under high pressure and at high temperature.

2.The charcoal making process of wood briquette machine:

First, crushing the raw materials (sawdust, corn stalk, straw, etc.).

Second, drying  the crushed materials.

Third, pressing to briquette.

Finally, the bar is carbonized in the carbonized oven.
