Working Principles of Industrial Sand Dryer:

 Industrial sand dryer is the best equipment for drying all types of sand, usually the infeed sand moisturr is less than 16%.

1. First, wet sand is transfered by inputting belt conveyor to the industrial sand dryer cylinder, flied by lifting plate which are uniform distribution in the drum cylinder.

2. The sand are evenly distributed in industrial sand dryer cylinder, then fully contact with the hot air, highly improve the drying heat and mass transfer.

3. During the drying process, under the effect of lifting plate and hot treatment in the industrial sand dryer, the sand are dryed well with perfect quality.  

4. At last, the dried sand come out from discharge device at the end of industrial sand dryer.
