The working principle of triple pass dryer
Triple pass dryer also name three cylinder dryer, it mainly for drying the raw material with small size, like the coal,sand, silica sand, mineral powder etc. The raw material should have strong liquidity.

Working principle of triple pass dryer:
The inner core and in-tube is surrounded by the outer tube and formed a self-insulation system, the heat released by the inner core and in-tube get involved in the heat exchange of outer cylinder ,the outer tube and hot air are at a lower temperature.
so the cooling surface of the tube and the heat loss are reduced significantly.
Due to the special structure of the sleeve dryer, its length is one-third of single cylinder, it can saving 65% basic area compared with the single cylinder, so the capital investment can be reduced relevantly of three cylinder dryer.
