The clients from Canada required sawdust dryer with capacity 4t/h, moisture before drying 55-60% and after drying 8-12%. The fuel use the gas. Our factory Hongrun Machinery Factory suggest clients with 1800X16000mm. The diameter is 1800mm and length 16000mm.the thickness of sawdust dryer is 16mm.

The working principle of sawdust dryer:
Wet materials are sent to the hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator and through the feeding hopper, the materials are sent to the inside.
Adjust to the feeding pipe slope so that the wet materials can flow smoothly down in the Sawdust Rotary Dryer
The materials are sent from the higher end and the heat will be sent to the lower end, thus the materials and the heat will fully contact because of the gravity force.
During the materials moving forward in the Sawdust Rotary Dryer , the materials are directly and indirectly dried by the heater and then are sent to the discharging port.
