What should be prepared before rotary dryer starting work?
 

The rotary drum dryer should be prepared before starting work down below:

      1, Checking the dangerous place whether there have people stay.

      2, Checking the lubrication points lubricant oil level is appropriate or  not, If there not enough should add on time.

      3, Checking the ball fill rate to meet the requirements.

      4, Checking the site often friction: for example, the site of frequent friction gear check, check the dough screw is loose.

      5, The fixed parts of the check is connected.

      6, The feed inlet and discharge port whether a foreign body to import or export is blocked.

      7, After the dryer start running dont put the material immediatly, it should be idling to run for about 15 minutes!
