Down below some information about the burner:
1. Before the installation, please make sure the line is right connection with the top fan and the fan in normal running. If the top of the fan effect stove lifting movement, you can remove the fan,
you need to specify the place where the stove is install, the burner mouth into the rotary dryer around 3 centimeters during install the burner and it can not enter into the heat storage room so
long avoid burnout. where there are gaps can be sealed closed with cotton insulation.
2 The burner is equipped with a bucket and a connecting tube. The connection tube connect with the middle of the bucket,and then contact with the burner interface. The interfaces need to
use raw tape wrap to avoid leaking water. The deep of water at the bottom of the burner need around 7-10 centimeters, the main function is using water to seal and the avoid the outer air enter into the burner,the bottom ash is better to handle around 1-2 days, it can handle by using spade to take the ash out from the bottom of the burner.
3 When the burner working, the water inside the bucket can not lower than the elbow inside the bucket, if lower than elbow.It will be reduce the using life.
4 The valve above the burner is mainly control the air blowing to the burner mouth, it is called air switch, generally make the valve in half open and half close.
5 When the first time firing, Putting the wood,paper or other flammable material to ignite the fire,the door of the burner not close, You can also according the valve above the burner to help burn,
then you can add the fuel into the burner and keep 2-3 hours, when the fuel giving is parallel with the fire door underside,then you can close the fire door,the valve above the burner open to 2-5 grid, when burning to 40-60 minutes, the valve can open to 6 grid or bigger. It also according to your condition to make sure the temperature. If need the high temperature, then open the big valve,if dont need high
temperature, then it need to close smaller valve.
The first time give the fuel to the burner and when the fuel is burning, within one hour prohibit open the door, Around 2 hours, firstly you need close the valve near the fire door,then close the
electric brake.and finally you can open the fire door,the operator can not stand in front of the fire door,the person need stand the side of the fire door.
6 Open fire door, using fire stick to pry loose seams, if there slagging it out with an iron hook, after loosening stoker fuel, wood fire doors plus higher than the bottom 10 centimeters,
roughly pushing the seam flat surface, fire door, open the door next to the gates opened fire after the valve. Just under the coal can be burned to open 3-4 grid (cells) after 30-60 minutes depending on the situation gradually open big, burning 2-4 hours after the burner out of the fire according to the situation, or a thermometer to see if cooling, stopped at the gates closed above mentioned valve open fire doors stoker.
7 During the burner working,dont lack of water,after add the fuel into the burner please dont open the fire door, when you add the fuel to the burner please close the valve and electric brake.
