Palm Fiber Drying Machine

Now days there are a hot drying palm fiber market in Indonesia and Malaysia. They have plenty of palm kernel sheel and coconut sheel with high humidity. In order to make rational use of resources, drying those high humidity material is becoming more popularity.

1. The plenty of palm sheel with high humidity will be deliveried into extraction machine by scraper conveyor. Because the palm kernel sheel won't be dried throughly, if we make it into palm fiber by extraction machine, everything will be easy.
2. We will offer you different size extraction machine according to your requriment for capacity.
3. Those palm fiber will directly go into rotary screen, thus some chaff will be out of palm fiber.
4. Then clear palm fiber will be sent to drying machine, and make full contact with hot-air. Under the fountion of gravity, palm fiber will be dischraged at the out hole of drying machine.
5. Finally, those dried palm fiber will be packed by packing machine.
