Preparation work:
Only operators obtain the operating license through a formal examination, can they be allowed to operate. The operator should be familiar with the machine's performance, structure, and also subject to the security and the shift system. Make the following preparations  before starting:
1.Inspect every part of the dryer carefully before starting, make sure each component is in good condition. That is, no loose fasteners, complete and reliable protective equipment and intact electrical equipment .The lubrication parts must be refueling properly in strictly accordance with lubrication "Five set requirements for the lubrication", keeping the appropriate amount of oil in each part and smooth flow;
2.The exhaust fan should be kept normal. To check the date of the pressure gauge  and  make sure the oil amount is sufficient, and the transmission part of the dryer is of high flexibility.
3.Before starting,you need to check whether there are obstacles or someone around the dryer.
4.Check the transmission part of the dryer carefully. After you confirm the compressed air system piping, valves, electrical systems and steering systems are normal, you can start the machine.
5.Keep these places clean: the connection part between the dryer and furnace, discharge port, and below the peeling machine (mill)
6.To clean up various parts of the conveyor.
