So average per ton of labor cost is: USD 117 divide 1500t=USD0.078/ton
2. Perennial management staff 3 staff X USD 16/person/day=USD48
Average per ton of labor cost is: USD48 divide 1500t=USD 0.032
3.The fuel cost of drying coal by USD96 per ton to consider: When drying one ton lignite need 15kg coal(5000kcal/kg)XUSD0.096=USD1.44/ton, for the forklift per hour need 10 liter X USD0.96/liter=USD9.6 X 24 working hours/day=USD230.4 divide 1500t/day=USD0.1536/ton
In average fuel cost per ton: coal USD1.44/ton plus oil USD0.1536/ton= USD 1.5936/ton
4.Power costs: 235.5kw/h X USD0.096/kw.h=USD22.608X24h=USD 542.592 divide 1500t= USD 0.361728/ton
So average power cost USD 0.361728/t
5.The total investment of equipment depreciation: USD350,000 divide 10 years =USD 35,000/year, Per year 1500t X 300 days= 450,000 ton
Average per ton equipment depreciation have USD 35,000/year divide 450,000 ton/year= USD 0.0778/ton
6.Equipment maintenance cost per year USD 3,200. So average per ton maintenance need USD3,200/year divide 450,000ton/year=USD 0.00711/ton.
7.Management fee annually USD 3,200. So average per ton need USD3,200/year divide 450,000/year=USD 0.00711/ton
8.According to above cost of production for per ton lignite is:
Staff cost USD 0.078/t + Perennial management staff USD 0.032/t +Fuel cost USD 1.5936/t + Power cost USD 0.361728/t + Equipment depreciation
cost USD 0.0778/t + Equipment maintenance cost USD 0.00711/t + Management fee cost USD0.00711/t = USD2.157348/t
