The material using for heat stove of rotary dryer

Hongrun Machinery Factory of Gongyi City is a factory which is specialized in dryers with CE certificate.At the start of the dryer have heat resource. The fuel of the dryer can use coal,wood chipsgas,diesel,biomass etc. as the fuel. so it need build the heat stove or the heat storage room.

1.5X16m rotary dryer heat stove material using:
Heat stove size:2800X2000X2800
1.Refractory standard brick: 2500 pieces.
2.Refractory knife shape brick:1000 pieces.
3.Red brick (common brick): 3000 pieces.
4.Fire door:  2 pieces,  size: 400X600
5.Fire bar: 24 pieces   Length: 1800mm
6.Refractory mortar: 30kg/bag,  20 bags
7.Angle Iron: Modle: 60 angle iron. 100 meters long
For the heat stove, it always build after the dryer install. so after our dryer finished install in your working sites on the concrete foundation, then build the heat stove. 

2.0X18m rotary dryer heat stove material using:
Heat stove size:4500X2400X3500
1.Refractory standard brick:4500 pieces
2.Refractory knife shape brick:1300 pieces
3.Red brick(common brick):7000 pieces
4.Fire door:2 pieces, size 400X600
5.Fire bar: 24 pieces  Length:1800mm
6.Refractory mortar:30kg/bag,  50 bags
7.Angle Iron: Modle: 60 angle iron. 200 meters long

For the heat stove, it always build after the dryer install. so after our dryer finished install in your working sites on the concrete foundation, then build the heat stove.
