1. Heating System

2. Drying System

Different structure drying equipment is suitable for different wet materials. For coal slurry, staggered from lifting plate which can raise up and down wet coal slurry or powder, under the function of gravity, those wet coal will go to discharge hole from feeder, meanwhile hot air mix with coal completely and finally take the moisture out.

The Coal Drying Equipments has three tempreature area. High--Middle--Low Temperature Area. There are a fan after coal drying equipment, it absorbs the hot air in the coal drying equipment, the negtive pressure value will be rise inside of coal drying equipment, so that the hot air from stove must enter to dryer continually.
 

3. Dust Collect System

Every Coal Drying Equipment will be matched a double cyclone to clear the dust out from dryer, it can rduce the dust, smoke around 85%. If you want to collect all the dust, impurity out off from coal drying equipment, water dust collector is necessary for you after double cyclone. It can realize  pollution and pure working enviroment.
