There are some reasons for your reference:

1. If  the rotary dryer run short time, the oil holes of fuel injection pipe are blocking by raw material dust, and the oil pressure inside of fuel injection pipe rise, thus the output oil will be increased, some oil will splash out, finally casued oil leakage. Thus the best ways of resolution is clearing pipes at regular intervals and dredging oil holes.

2. If the oil valve is bigger, the output oil also can splash out to oil seal place and leakage. Thus it's not the dryer problems, you just adjust the oil valve.

3. Adding lubricant to dryer in right way and avoiding oil leakage.
