The installation instructions of double cyclone precipitator
Our factory has some new type dust system:New type spiral precipitator、new type parallel connection cyclone precipitator、new type foam dust collector,etc.The new type parallel connection cyclone precipitator adopt to the double cyclone discharge technology,so that it can let the material do the biggest dust fall into the precipitator,
unloading dust from entering dust fall efficacy to ease the pressure of the dust of the fan and the next process.The unique secondary dust system can achieve wind pressure and wind
volume discharge evenly.
Dual cyclone precipitator
Our factory design the new type dual cyclone precipitator is mainly used for large quantity powder dust or product(which is strict to protect environment) or some specialize area.
The main structure:The body of cyclone precipitator、tubes pipes、connection parts of fan and dryer,etc.
The working process:It make use of boiler centrifugal induced draft fan produce the wind pressure and air volume get through the dual cyclone precipitator dissociated the hot air,steam,
powder from hot stove and dryer to enter into the dual cyclone precipitator.After dissociated,it will be discharged by boiler centrifugal induced fan.
The reason of dual cyclone precipitator achieve removal dust fall is that:
The boiler centrifugal induced draft fan make use of wind pressure dissociate all hot air、steam from hot stove and dryer to enter into the dual cyclone precipitator,then it will produce two branch gas respectively into left and right body of dual cyclone precipitator.
Through distributary reduce the wind pressure of fan to achieve dust fall purpose,the rest gas enter into boiler centrifugal induced draft fan by the inner pipes dissociated of dual cyclone
precipitator.
The main structure of dual cyclone precipitator:two units cyclone body of simple and double,two pipe connection,cyclone system and some spare parts.The way of connect with spare
parts:bent pipe connect with three direct links,the seal need attention.The type of seal is screw or weld.The bottom of bent pipes connect with dual cyclone precipitator make the whole
system,three direct links connect with pipes and fan,it will be finished of dual cyclone precipitator.
Water dust collector
The foam dust collector:we always call CT dust collector,it has 6 meter height can ease the speed of waste gas.The inner structure of foam dust collector has 3-4 spray device and 3-4 channel press filter design device to achieve removal dust.The Water pump is the source of foam dust collector,it can produce water pressure to suppress
ash and dust powder from waste gas,in order to get the best dust effect.
