Coal dryer working principle
Working Principle of Coal Dryer:
1) First, to scattere the big size coal to be a small size coal via a special feeding scattering device.
2) Second, to flow the small size coal to the coal dryer feeder through a belt conveyor or a dosing machine.
3) Third, to sent the wet coal to the coal dryer’s roller through the feeder.
4) Fourth, to make the wet coal equispaced and be homodisperse in the drying roller through the stirring function of the raising plates, so that can be fully contact with hot air to achieve the purpose of heat transfer and mass transfer.
5) Fifth, after drying, the fined dryer come out from the star-shape discharge port of the coal dryer.
6) Sixth, the finished products will be conveyed by another belt conveyor, which is beside the outlet of the dry. Then complete the dryring process. At this time, the dried coal will be with the moisture of 15-17% or lower.
